teaching
LSE teachers and researchers participate in the training of students in the fields of soil sciences and environmental engineering (knowledge and management of degradations - diagnosis, remediation, preservation of resources) by relying on skills developed in the research unit on the functioning of soil-plant-organism systems and their applications in soil engineering and ecological engineering.
Target audiences range from undergraduate level to doctoral training:
- Polytechnic Preparatory Cycle of Nancy
- DUT Biological Engineering option Environmental Engineering, IUT of Thionville / Yutz (iut-thionville-yutz.univ-lorraine.fr)
- Professional License in Industrial and Environmental Risk Management (in initial training, professionalization contract, apprenticeship), IUT de Thionville / Yutz
- Masters in Agronomy Environment Territory Landscape Forest - Polluted Sites and Soils (in conjunction with GISFI) - Soil Water Environment of the University of Lorraine
- Master in Management of Waste Treatment and Recovery GEDE from ENGEES and Ecole des Mines de Nancy
- Engineers from the National School of Agronomy and Food Industries (ensaia.univ-lorraine.fr), specialization in Environmental Sciences and Engineering
- Doctoral School (doctorat.univ-lorraine.fr/fr/les-ecoles-doctorales) Sciences and Engineering of Natural Resources
The opportunities for this training are varied: HSE coordinator, project manager and researcher in the fields of water, waste, soil and environmental management, project engineer, researcher, teacher-researcher.
LSE participates in the organization of Franco-Chinese thematic schools in connection with Ecoland International Joined Lab or with the INRAE Organic Matter network. Members of the research unit also contribute to continuing training actions in the field of soils with the CGA Lorraine and agricultural cooperatives, the ONF or even urban operators (e.g. Service des Espaces Verts of the City of Paris).
